MailBaseline plans are month-to-month with no contract. Here's exactly how cancelling, upgrading, downgrading, and refunds work.

Pre-launch legal template — requires review for the operating entity and jurisdiction. This is not legal advice.
The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. The paid Starter ($9/month) and Growth ($19/month) plans are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices are in USD; Lemon Squeezy collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and shows it at checkout.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings. When you cancel:
There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
You can switch plans in Settings without going through checkout again. Upgrades (for example Starter → Growth) take effect immediately; Lemon Squeezy prorates and invoices the difference. Downgrades take effect as soon as Lemon Squeezy confirms the change, and they reduce your domain limit — so a downgrade is blocked while you're monitoring more domains than the lower plan allows. Remove a domain first, then downgrade.
If something isn't right, email support@eastbase.studio within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right — typically a full refund of the most recent payment. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, approved refunds are issued through them to your original payment method.
Since the Free plan lets you try the scanner, analyzer, and tools before paying, we generally don't refund partial months beyond that window — but talk to us; we're reasonable.
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it. If it keeps failing, your account moves to the Free plan until billing is restored — your domains and history are kept so you can resume without losing data.
